How It Works

PivotToAI runs weekly small-cohort AI engineering hackathons in Vancouver, BC. Every Saturday a group of up to 12 working engineers, founders, and technical professionals meet in person to ship real AI systems with Claude Code, MCP, and agent patterns — facilitated by our instructors.

The weekly flow

  1. Pick a session or membership. Buy a single-session ticket, a monthly membership, or an annual pass through our checkout. All purchases are processed by PivotToAI.
  2. Get your prep brief. 48 hours before the session, you receive a short prep doc covering the weekend’s focus (Claude Code deep-dive, MCP server build, agent patterns, etc.) and a list of tools to have installed.
  3. Saturday working session. Full-day facilitated hackathon in Vancouver. Our instructors walk the room through a live build, then you pair on your own project while they circulate to unblock you.
  4. Ship before you leave. Every session ends with a demo round. You leave with working code pushed to your repo, not just notes.
  5. Keep the momentum. Members get the session recording, prep materials, and private community access for ongoing questions during the week.

Who it’s for

Working software engineers, technical founders, and experienced professionals pivoting deeper into applied AI. If you’ve shipped production software before and want to compound that into serious AI capability — agents, tool use, MCP, prompt engineering for production — you’re in the right room.

Refunds and cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your account. Single-session tickets are refundable up to 72 hours before the session. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
